The completion of the online form or the paper form and a donation of CHF 100.- are required for personal contact. As soon as your filled-out form and your donation will have been received, a member of the Athanasios team will reach out to you to answer your questions and discuss your situation. FTA payments and donations can be made via the Athanasios bank account and through various payment channels. The bank account for FTA payments is provided below.
